Perfect!

Good product but the appliance is advertised to hold 8Kg of meat when in reality it only holds 6Kg. I'm disappointed about that.

Super quality, delighted with my purchase. I just wanted a pizza stone and I got a very practical birch wood spatula. I put it in a cold oven at 280°C so that it heats up slowly, I wait half an hour for the stone to heat up and my pizzas are delicious.

Fast delivery, after that, just one small problem, on the name of the sawdust, ok the granulometry is put but for a novice I think it should be called otherwise, for a novice, sawdust is more powder. but otherwise everything is nikel.

Order placed on 19/12, delivered on 12/02. No information is given on the delivery time of the product ordered, either when the order is placed or afterwards. Lousy customer service and doesn't try to improve. Does not send tracking codes as advertised. The order was supposed to be delivered at home, but it was delivered to the parcel delivery centre, which refused it...
