The only thing I have against Tompress is the fact that they don't make separate deliveries when the lead time for an item is abnormally long. They don't warn us either. So we wait and after a few weeks we have to write or call them to find out what's going on.

If the equipment is perfect and the quality of the customer service impeccable, I wouldn't say the same about the transport (GEODIS) which delivers equipment, which they didn't take care of despite the warnings on the crate, broken as far as this order is concerned. Customer service reacted immediately with professionalism and friendliness by sending back new equipment, which arrived in good condition.
