I would like to thank you for the tip sheet "How to cook a cast iron utensil". I have just received the cast iron casserole reference fonro425. I haven't used it yet because I don't know if I should give it the treatment recommended in your advice sheet. I don't want to put it in the oven and break it. The cocotte comes with a sheet on how to clean it.

I won't comment on the unit's performance. I didn't go that far because the noise was so loud. There's no way I'm sharpening my knives in the noise of a jet plane. I'm going back to the gentle hum of my old Philips sharpener.
