I've been waiting for the .... device for over 2 weeks now and you haven't been able to give me any precise news.

My only complaint is the huge discrepancy between the advertised delivery time and the actual delivery time (15 days), but above all the lack of communication on the significant extension of this time (a little information by e-mail would have been appreciated)! On the other hand, I was surprised by the speed of the reply by telephone and I appreciated the delivery by post (public service in the countryside).

I have not yet received any goods! I ordered and paid 15 days ago, so I can only give one star for the delivery. Likewise for the goods, as I have no goods. Communication with customer service in German is difficult.

The 20 cm lid doesn't fit properly on the Agnelli pan, due to the pan's handle (which is angled too high).

After having placed an order on the site of fresh products (casings) and believing (naively) the BIG WRITE promising a delivery in 48h+24h. Result, order on 6/11 shipped on 12/11 only 6 days later (Thursday to Tuesday) arrived 13 days after order 19/11, lost at the parcel center in Marseille. The after-sales service was EXECRABLE, telling me to read the conditions of sale. 95% of shipments arrive within 4 days.

Vinaigrier super but... but ... the cork really needs to be reviewed. It was leaking after about 6 hours, which stained the small base and the cupboard where it was placed. DIY with a champagne cork that holds. Asked 3 euros more, but with a quality cork.

The invoice details were not correct on the parcel. So at customs clearance I had to pay VAT on 643 instead of the 243 on my invoice. So I had a lot of extra costs that shouldn't have happened.
