Minor disappointment with order tracking, where I had to phone to find out the status of my order, but the staff was very responsive to my requests and the service provided was excellent.

Ordered on 02/11/2020 and paid, received on 16/11/2020. Time far too long for the ferments to have retained their optimal power! I did not receive a reply to an e-mail pointing this out. After contacting Tf, the operator told me that they would keep for another six months anyway (I doubt it very much).

They had emailed me a link that didn't work. After my first notice, they sent a link that worked. The sterilizer works great! Unfortunately, they were right about the delivery time (it said 6-8 weeks, and it didn't arrive until then).
