The article was announced in stock and was delivered within the time indicated, very correct packaging, no damage to the parcel.

Unfortunately three glass jars were broken in transit, next time I'll only validate delivery after opening the parcel. On your side there's not much to reproach you with, the packaging was correct and the "fragile" marking was clearly visible.

Very nice machine i didn't see it as strong i think i'm going to make very good charcuterie with it especially with all these different grids that i took in addition to the one that came with it.question delivery nothing to say delivered on time with great kindness.

Congratulations for the seriousness and speed with this order. I don't have any 82cm Le Parfait jars, I bought it to test with 82cms jars from other brands and my BonsenKitchen machine...but I couldn't get it to work. Maybe it's the 'open/close' valve that I didn't handle properly? also the seal came loose. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS WITH IT!
