Although a long wait due to item not being in stock once stock in delivery was quick. Item arrived undamaged. Only downside was the guide that came with it is in French and no translation alongside. Email communication excellent but verbal difficult due to language barrier. On the whole wouldn't deter me from using Tompress again

The product arrived on time and int perfect condition. Unfortunately, both the wooden spout and cork leak a lot and I had to empty the jar in meal of times to insert shims. Cork and spout still leak.

Feedback: Attention! The 40mmm-45mm bungs are perfectly adapted to the lady cans I ordered... ;=) (see reply/contradictory message) Just what's needed to make them watertight with about 7mm to 8mm sunk into the 40mm opening advertised. Sincerely
