Delivery too late and without prior notice.

Order placed in November, received 1 week ago. I had to call support twice to get information about my order. Despite my request, they never took the initiative to warn me of the delay, keep me informed, etc. No proactivity on the part of Tompress, which is a shame. Products conformed however
