I had chosen Colissimo home delivery and the product was ultimately shipped by Geodis and was not delivered to my home. On the package tracking, the item was marked as delivered while I still had to pick up the pallet at a drop-off point, without being informed.

I ordered 3 lots of 20 capsules for my future bottles of tomato sauce. When using them, I opened 2 lots, and I could only use 7 or 8 out of 40 in the end, because all the others were "spinning in the void", without locking onto the thread to close hermetically, and without me forcing it specially. Customer service tells me that it is a misuse on my part, that I tightened them too much. Problem with 33 capsules out of 40... Excuse me, but the capsules are new and are supposed to be tightened minimally to be hermetic. I bought smaller-sized capsules elsewhere, and they tighten very well. So, not a successful purchase for me.
