Some jars were broken, I had a pile of broken glass. Some lids dented. Service was quick, refund broken parts. This is of no use to me as I need the jars and lids I ordered in this quantity.1. I can't order 2 jars, lids that are broken. But only 6, 12. I do not need this quantity. 2. i pay shipping costs again.

I placed an order in january, some items were not in stock and i was made to wait 3 weeks, then another 6 and another 6. finally i cancelled part of my order after 10 weeks. the items ordered were not exceptional (plastic bins, legumier,...) customer service not very commercial, not very creative, refusal of partial delivery, no commercial gesture.
