Hello, I find that there's too much play between the screw and the crown of the press's ratchet system. It's a shame that you can't just change the crown.

We ordered a lever-operated puree grinder and were very disappointed because the holes are too large, which means that we get a lumpy puree. We wanted to replace it with a classic vegetable grinder but you refused to take it back, so we bought elsewhere. If the diameter of the holes had been indicated, we wouldn't have bought! You are therefore responsible.
