I cancelled an order the day after I made it, they initially agreed however they still took money from my account and sent the order 6 days later then proceeded to tell me that I had ordered twice (I only had 1 confirmation email). They only admitted fault once I pointed that out. The pasta machine also isn't the same as what they are advertising online which they say they note online (they don't)

Nothing to say, except that the vinegar dispenser is leaking... the cork at the bottom is not watertight at all and so far I'm trying to inflate it again, but after two days it's still leaking.
High-performance machine, used 2/3 times a year. Good value for money.

Hello. I travelled 60 kms to pick up my parcel. The goods arrived with the deliveryman on Wednesday and they proposed a delivery on the following Tuesday because I live in a small village in the mountains. This delivery man is damaging your reputation because I think he doesn't respect your deadlines. Thank you for your sympathy.

The corer hasn't been used yet, as it's still winter. The machine is in order, but why does it need to be tinned? I have some very old machines in my cellar that I use. They're cast-iron, they don't rust, they're not tin-plated. The photos on the Internet aren't very accurate. You can't see the quality of the screw (plastic or metal). M.P.

6 weeks to get my order (after having sent 2 mails) whereas you advocate a fast delivery, I find that null. No word of explanation or apology to tell me that it would take longer than expected. Part of my order has been sent. I did not receive 2 items I had ordered. The packets of flour arrived stale.
