Very satisfied with this order. Very fast delivery, the parcel was very damaged but the packaging included a second box, so the product arrived in good condition.

Too bad the rennet and ferments were not in stock, it should have been known when the order was placed, like ( in the process of being restocked, lead time ....) Almost 3 weeks delivery time, not even an email to warn me, I have to ask for news of the lead time...in short, not great logistics....

Hello, I'm sorry about the delivery time, which was over 2 months. I was not notified of the delivery, nor was I given an appointment to pick up the pallet. What would have happened if I hadn't been there. That said, very good material.
