No particular problem, good product

I can't comment on the book I ordered as it wasn't for me. I can, on the other hand, talk about my emergency order from Tompress to please my son before he left and I can only give you my compliments, indeed, the book was received exactly as ordered, delivered in record time, well packaged. As the book I had ordered was out of stock, I was contacted by phone to offer a replacement. What a great initiative!

Very disappointed that the vinegar maker broke after the first wash using only water.

On 24/12/2020 at 6 a.m. my order tracking told me that the package had arrived at the delivery point. I waited for the message to come and pick it up in vain...after several days I went to the sorting center and my parcel was there. I don't know where the problem lies".

The knives sent are not absolutely identical to the one initially supplied by Porkert: relatively large play with the receiving part. Let's hope this doesn't affect their use.
