Fast delivery, after that, just one small problem, on the name of the sawdust, ok the granulometry is put but for a novice I think it should be called otherwise, for a novice, sawdust is more powder. but otherwise everything is nikel.
Hello when I placed the order I was told I would win a calendar and a cookbook from chez vous de trompette when I received my order there was only the order in it I did not receive any calendar or cookbook so not at all satisfied with your site
Order placed on 19/12, delivered on 12/02. No information is given on the delivery time of the product ordered, either when the order is placed or afterwards. Lousy customer service and doesn't try to improve. Does not send tracking codes as advertised. The order was supposed to be delivered at home, but it was delivered to the parcel delivery centre, which refused it...

I would have liked to have been informed earlier of the very long delivery time. When the extractor arrived, my apples were no longer usable... But that doesn't change the quality of the item or the speed with which the parcel was delivered.
Order placed December 21st for 48H delivery. No information of delay, reminder by email in January, then in February, product received early February. Disappointed by lack of communication.
