The only thing I have against Tompress is the fact that they don't make separate deliveries when the lead time for an item is abnormally long. They don't warn us either. So we wait and after a few weeks we have to write or call them to find out what's going on.

Hello, everything was fine, there's nothing to complain about, but, there's always a but, is the size of the box necessary?

If the equipment is perfect and the quality of the customer service impeccable, I wouldn't say the same about the transport (GEODIS) which delivers equipment, which they didn't take care of despite the warnings on the crate, broken as far as this order is concerned. Customer service reacted immediately with professionalism and friendliness by sending back new equipment, which arrived in good condition.

Lousy carrier. He screwed up the delivery and I had to go and pick up my parcel directly from the person because despite my calls they didn't do what was necessary.

Very good chopper. The only drawback is the steel grids, which rust immediately if they're not dried immediately and coated with oil. Even if the price is prohibitive, I think it's better to invest in the stainless steel grates and knife.

Packaging (too large) not adapted to the product: the product protruded from the packaging. Product delivered undamaged, however. Simple assembly, despite green paint drips. 1st use rather convincing. Suggestions: adapt for a 2nd wheel. And other accessories.

Very good. However, a huge package for a bakery kit. Caution: flour package punctured in the bakery kit. Otherwise very good product.
