I'm very happy.it's a pity that I didn't have the totality of my order which I modified to have the right to my promotion.otherwise for the customer service a liver and fortunately that once I fell on a lady not friendly at all when I inquired about my order which had been made several months ago. This lady told me I was cancelling your order so that was the end of the matter.

For the moment I can only assess the delivery, which was totally unsatisfactory as it was delivered 700 km from my home, and the customer service, which wasn't much better as Colissimo and Tompress were both blaming each other. What's more, a copy of the complaint e-mail should have been sent to me, but I haven't received anything.

Item received two months after order (initial delay 2 weeks), no spontaneous communication from the store to warn of the delay.

Order received with breakage and I have not been reimbursed for the breakage that was caused.
