Pushing chamber that does its job, beautiful brioche and bread

I wasn't informed that my order was on hold (a grid was missing and wouldn't arrive until October), so I contacted customer service who quickly found a solution. The tracking was perfect, but if I hadn't seen that my order was on hold (for 15 days already), I wouldn't have been contacted and would never have received my order in time for my husband's birthday. Otherwise great.

Received in good condition. We usually used a 32 chopper borrowed from a friend, and with this n°22 chopper we didn't feel like we were spending any more time making our 2 annual pigs! The equipment seems to be of high quality.
