Never despair, articles available within 4 to 6 weeks obtained after 3 months without any particular announcement, which was worth a delivery when we were away.
On the other hand, the articles are of good quality and correspond to the description.

Very good in every respect. We were blown away by the packaging: no risk of the item being damaged as it is very, very well protected from shocks.

I waited 2 1/2 months but I know your supplier took a long time to restock. I was able to put my chopper back together. There was no oil in the reducer and the Spi seal spring had broken. It's the result of lending it to a friend who doesn't want to buy one and who, what's more, has lent it to other people and returned it to you eight months later in this condition.

Due to a management error the pan arrived after the date and I had to buy another one. (double use) I hesitate to recommend, so as not to suffer the same setbacks. Sincerely

Hello, your parcel was shipped on the same day as your order. If you track it, we can see that it is being processed. We are opening a complaint with the postal services for the delivery delay, which seems abnormal. Best regards.

Always perfect: the products, the fast delivery with the little card indicating the name of the person who prepared the order, which proves the seriousness of Tompress. The telephone reception is always pleasant and professional.
An excellent site that I've already recommended.

2 months and a half of waiting for the order. I finally received it, and the grid does not correspond with what I had ordered. I sent an email to customer service and I still have no return. I will not recommend this site again.
