My order was placed during the first containment in April 2020. We just received the goods in January 2021!!!! Communication was non-existent, as of course I never expected to receive them again.

As the manufacturer has trouble supplying TomPress, I was delivered 1 month after my order, without customer service bothering to keep me informed. This stone transforms pizza baking, the dough cooks instantly but remains soft with beautiful air bubbles. Remember to sand the peel with very fine sandpaper or the blade of a razor knife."

I wasn't informed that my order was on hold (a grid was missing and wouldn't arrive until October), so I contacted customer service who quickly found a solution. The tracking was perfect, but if I hadn't seen that my order was on hold (for 15 days already), I wouldn't have been contacted and would never have received my order in time for my husband's birthday. Otherwise great.
