Suitable equipment but would benefit from fixings

I placed my order before Christmas and hoped to receive my package on time. I received it well after Christmas. I asked the customer service who answered me in a very nice way that they were doing their best, the package was damaged but the devices were not. It's a busy time at Christmas, but I'm still happy.

Super happy to finally find this product. But two uses later, the grid broke. Really disappointed. Really dubious quality.
