You also expect the customer to pay for the shipping!!! It does not end here not so much for the money but I will report you on all forums and to the consumer association!

I bought the potato pot for baking bread. I love the pot & was very pleased with the quick delivery, the ability to complete a 10 year guarantee & information on the site. I did the milk boiling tip as recommended, it took 2 days to soak off the burnt milk using white vinegar & hot water, then the dishwasher. Don't do it. My bread stuck & the process didn't season the pot at all!

Smoker very good. Explanations provided really not up to standard. I recommend buying a complementary book to understand the basic use and associated recipes.
