The product arrived on time and int perfect condition. Unfortunately, both the wooden spout and cork leak a lot and I had to empty the jar in meal of times to insert shims. Cork and spout still leak.
Feedback: Attention! The 40mmm-45mm bungs are perfectly adapted to the lady cans I ordered... ;=) (see reply/contradictory message) Just what's needed to make them watertight with about 7mm to 8mm sunk into the 40mm opening advertised. Sincerely

Very good product, impeccable delivery. I tested it for tomato coulis and the results and clean-up were impeccable. Regrettably, this épépineuse is sold with the collector but not the splash guard which, in my opinion, is essential. I'd take off one star for customer service, which I haven't had the chance to test (fortunately).

Very good and powerfull product, but very poor packing. The base of the machine was bent and scratches on it.
I had to call tompress to find out that an item was not in stock and that my parcel was on hold. Delivery was late and to the wrong address.
The clamp doesn't work, because the vice isn't really straight. Even if we tinkered with a wedge, we couldn't fix the device to a table. The screw got stuck in the clamp. It took us several hours to unblock it. And now it's the crank that won't unscrew, even with degreaser. In short, nothing works properly. 140 and a lot of energy wasted.
