As the book I had ordered was out of stock, I was contacted by phone to offer a replacement. What a great initiative!

Very disappointed that the vinegar maker broke after the first wash using only water.

On 24/12/2020 at 6 a.m. my order tracking told me that the package had arrived at the delivery point. I waited for the message to come and pick it up in vain...after several days I went to the sorting center and my parcel was there. I don't know where the problem lies".

Electric salt and pepper mill, good quality product. Although slightly more expensive, batteries could have been included.

The knives sent are not absolutely identical to the one initially supplied by Porkert: relatively large play with the receiving part. Let's hope this doesn't affect their use.
