Very good product

A little disappointed the skimmer rubs on the inside depending on how you put it on the tap and so it gets damaged over time but I think it's a manufacturing defect.

Hello, The only drawback I would mention is that the order was blocked because you were out of stock on the second book ordered. A phone call would have been enough to reduce the order to one volume, which I would have been happy to receive quickly.

The shredder housing is difficult to adjust without forcing, but the tool shreds well. At the end, you have to dismantle the machine to fetch the last shredded material, as there's quite a bit left at the bottom.
