Thank you, the parcel has just arrived. Everything is perfect.
Fast delivery, maybe too fast. Broken item, email sent to after sales service still no news... We are waiting for a refund or a return of the product. Unfortunately, this has been a bad experience for us. If we get a response from tompress, our assessment may change and we'll be able to test the product.
The spices are of very good quality, I use them regularly to make merguez and chorizo, the flavour is always respected, I recommend it without hesitation.

The product ordered is worth 136, and it was dressed by Mr Michel,, of a simple plastic, without any protection, not even a bubble wrap or a cardboard, it was a little light considering the price of the product, otherwise article conforms to the order RAS
The packaging was in poor condition but the goods were in good condition.

The sterilizer seems sturdy and light at the same time. It's much more practical than my old gas sterilizer.

Great product, but the delivery time was interminable!
My experience is not good , the goods after 15 days has not yet arrived and the service is poor , the delay is due to the Italian courier but from the company only an email saying it is a week that I solicit him "... still have not received the goods ... you do you!"

This pitter might work if the cherries were perfect spheres with well-centered round pits, but in nature that doesn't exist! Also, the cross-shaped piston is too big and remains stuck at the bottom despite the spring; it had to be reduced with sandpaper.... In short: a poorly designed device that you should avoid buying.

The machine seems to work perfectly, but it's a shame I didn't notice when ordering that the default grid had holes too big for the first use I wanted to make of it, namely destoning raspberries.
