Your customer service reminded me when your platform did not register my order, or in several copies, well seen ... The items arrived whole but what overpacking, no way to use a smaller container?

Perfect order and delivery. One point for improvement: the user's guide is very basic and doesn't allow you to start using it straight away. We had to buy an additional book. It's a bit frustrating. There's no information on cold smoking, which requires the purchase of an additional coil; again, we found out later.
