Sorry to criticize the delivery for a first time loyal customer. I placed my order on August 02, the 05 I contacted a charming lady who told me that my ceramic dish will not be available until September 20 or 25 because out of stock ... and that did a single package. Deduction, I had to buy the rest in duplicate stock so not serious.

Nickel packaging, small note on the parcel with the number to contact if we find that the parcel has been damaged is very good On the other hand my device had a few scratches more due to the manufacturer than to the company tompress.

Product conforms to the description, however the packaging leaves something to be desired as a simple plastic bag wrapped the tank in hard plastic but not everyone is obliged to see the products I order.
