Everything is perfect
Delivery took a little time, package was not stuck in the box, it was moving. As for the product, a few defects, stains were present from unpacking but it works well. Beautiful waffles with a nice design.

Pros...
Delivery is random. Geodis turns up unannounced and then offers a delivery from 8am to 6pm, with no further details. A day wasted waiting for a delivery. At Darty, the window is 2 hours and they deliver at weekends.

Fragile equipment, very well packaged, delivered on time, the only downside was that I had to change my order after a month because the products initially ordered were not available (with a very fluctuating availability forecast on the tompress site). Very nice and good product in use, result in 4 weeks.
