Despite the difficulties, the parcel arrived quickly and in good condition.

I would have given a 5 for customer service if the website were faster, especially the customer/order section.

Product fully complies with my expectations. Perfect baking for my bread baguettes, for the moment with greaseproof paper. I haven't had any contact with customer service, so I can't evaluate it.
