Very good company, serious, quality products and fast delivery. However, for a 2 euro swab, I paid 5 euros for postage. I would have been completely satisfied with free postage, knowing that I had already ordered other items several times previously.

Delivery by the post office was rather disappointing, the employee preferred to put a delivery notice in the letterbox, rather than trying to find out if anyone was at home.Delivery initially scheduled for Monday 05 August finally took place on Saturday 03 August........

My first order could have been perfect, the parcel seemed to be in good condition, but inside the 600g can of rosin spilled all over the items. As I didn't make any reservations at the post office, I'm going to have to replace the soiled items that I can't clean. In future, for the rosin, remember to tape the cap of the bottle, which opens easily. Merc
