I like Tom Press, but it's annoying that the carrier doesn't keep up: you block off a day for delivery, and you have to call when you're worried about the time passing, only to be told that delivery is delayed by a day and that you need to make an appointment. At the cost of my day's work, that increases the price of the product by that much. Well, come on, that's only happened 1 time out of 3.

Hello Perplexed at the time of purchase, first terrine of hare made today no difficulty in chopping meat and fat with the grid 6 mm. Satisfied remains to be seen in time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the delivery, the delivery time was announced as 4 to 5 weeks, delivery was made within 1 week, which made my life easier, the equipment was very practical to use.

There was a slight delay as one part of my order was out of stock. I was able to message on FaceBook and a lovely person replied and all was sorted. The jar lids I ordered arived quickly (I was afraid they would take some time as they came to the UK) but all was well and thelook lovely on the filled jars .
