Ordered on 02/11/2020 and paid, received on 16/11/2020. Time far too long for the ferments to have retained their optimal power! I did not receive a reply to an e-mail pointing this out. After contacting Tf, the operator told me that they would keep for another six months anyway (I doubt it very much).

Wrapping glasses in transparent plastic is very practical for checking for breakage, and saves the deliveryman time.

Hello, Before sending your satisfaction survey, it would be better to know if the order has been delivered. In fact, since I placed the order on November 4, I've had no news from you or from the delivery tracking system.
I can assure you that I am very disappointed. Sincerely

They had emailed me a link that didn't work. After my first notice, they sent a link that worked. The sterilizer works great! Unfortunately, they were right about the delivery time (it said 6-8 weeks, and it didn't arrive until then).

the black screws are really ugly on a white board, which is a pity because the whole thing is ugly, especially when seen from the front in a kitchen.
