I'm ill from Covid19 and the deliveryman forced me to come down, he didn't want to go up 2 floors, I told him I was ill, he said I didn't care, I'm leaving with the parcel, I had to come down to get it, it's catastrophic.

The parcel left on 8/04/2020, it's now 20/04/20 and I still haven't received anything. No concrete feedback from customer service following my requests to contact the carrier for more information. Dissatisfied with Tompress.
