Excellent equipment. After testing it is very easy to produce tomato coulis. I squeezed 3 times to get the maximum amount of juice. On the other hand, and as a reminder, this is a manual press. Forget about trying to squeeze 200kg of tomatoes.

The reason I put customer service 3 stars is that I asked an important question (to me at least) about the steriliser but nobody ever came back to me about them. When you have items to sterilise at 100 degree centigrades but the steriliser does not go higher than 90 there is a hiccup somehow. But nobody answers
