I have a very old mincer . all the parts I ordered are perfectly fine thank you I forgot to buy the spacer for the funnels . is it a problem for white pudding ?

The problem I had with not vacuum bagging has finally been solved. You don't have to PRESS on the bar when vacuuming, but simply apply a little pressure on it to start the vacuuming process and then let the machine do its job without pressing any more. Pierre Brunet
