All very well, the product, the site, the delivery.

Delivery took a while. I was expecting it because one of the items was not in stock. After 3 weeks, I sent a message asking for a delay but received no answer.

Deplorable service, order placed in November for Christmas, order received in May. All this strongly encourages me not to recommend your services to anyone I know to avoid another disappointment. I do not understand how customers can be treated in this way. I am extremely disappointed. Sincerely

I contacted the company for information about the product, to find out if the moulds chosen were suitable for large madeleines. I was very well received, the person even came to see for herself and confirmed that it was fine, except that the moulds were for medium-sized madeleines.

Still a little too thick for me

Ordered in January. Product apparently unavailable. I'm told the order will be shipped in March. At the beginning of May, still no news, no message ... I contact them with the cancellation request and they finally decide to send me my parcel. In the meantime, the 2.5L screw press (as indicated on the internet order tracking) has been changed on the invoice to 1.6L ...?

Does the job but the handle fell off the unit the first time it was lifted and the door catches are rather cheap. It took a week to arrive so statements about 48 hour delivery probably only apply to destinations in France.
