Delivery tracking on the carrier's website is totally unreliable and if you want to call them the number is overtaxed (scandalous).

No worries at all, just a shame that the pots and lids didn't arrive together.

I wanted to melt milk chocolate at 45 degrees but 1 hour later the chocolate had hardly melted at all. Is the thermostat really set to 45°C? Check before trying again. Apart from this inconvenience, for which Tompress can't be held responsible, this is a serious company.
