Product conforms, very fast delivery. The holes in the 18" grid are too far to the outside of the knife, which tends to wear out the knife and the grid.

I have not yet tried the product I received and have not had the opportunity to contact customer service, hence the 4 out of 5 star rating for these two lines.

Grill chopper diameter 8 that I missed between diameter 14 and 4, chops meats to perfection I recommend the product to those familiar with the manual chopper.
