Hello, several glass jars split when they are sterilized in a steam basket... Can this be avoided? What technique should I use to ensure that the seals do their job properly without the jars bursting? I can't recommend your products if this problem persists.... Thank you in advance for your reply.

The crank was bent and would not allow a full turn as it was. I had to unbend it before I could use it. The finish is not very neat for the price. Goods broken, poor consultation with the service department. After 1 month I received a credit note for the broken goods. Return shipment of the complete delivery requested, but no communication. Any attempt to communicate by email is ignored.
