Everything was in line with my expectations but it is a pity that the delays for some items were 8 to 10 weeks instead of the 4 announced.

The purchase went well. Regarding the delivery, the package was not delivered on the scheduled day. The next day I had to call the agency for information. The delivery person kindly left the package inside. However, he left very quickly. I did not see the instructions stuck under the box that was left, so I did not verify anything. Moreover, it is a gift for the 25th, so it's annoying to tear the packaging.

For the first time in over 20 years, I am not happy with tom press: I received this order and within 5 minutes of opening the package I called to inform that an item was missing... 8 days later I have not received any news. Are we being taken for liars? Very unpleasant when we know that in less than 2 years I have ordered for over 2000 €.. the missing item costs 49.95 €.... I let you draw the conclusion and deduction...
