Delivery time too long. i thought i'd find rakes big enough to harvest olives, but in fact i feel like i've received rakes for children. very disappointed.

Small delivery problem (wrong location and the delivery company didn't provide me with the code to remove the coli). Apart from that, the pan oozes quality, and potting is child's play (under parental supervision). I've only had it a few days, but it's already not catching on at all, and works wonders on everything I've tried.

Delivery is a problem with this company, parcels have to be picked up at a relay point, it's unacceptable to pay for home delivery and have to go somewhere else. On the other hand, good products, to be recommended.

Beautiful items very well packaged Package received in perfect condition. Only one suggestion: the tracking system could be improved (no sms or call to warn of delivery, no tracking possible on their site...obliged to call a premium rate number to get news).

Delivery time not respected... we were expecting it for Christmas but didn't receive it: probably because of the holidays... or other reasons... We don't know why. Package in good condition. Not disappointed. Product not yet tested. Is in working order. I will let my friends and family know about your interesting site.

Product meets my expectations in terms of use, but the assembly is a real headache, with a very brief explanation and a very illegible drawing. Everything fits together very well if you've taken the time to lay everything out and understand which way to put the walls: inside or outside. A clear assembly plan would be welcome.

My order planned as a Christmas present still hasn't been delivered, it's January 1st The post office (letter carrier) tells me that Colissimo deliveries are subcontracted and that independent delivery firms are dubious The address was correct, there was someone on site as these are offices (7am - 7pm). And it's been 4 or 5 times that I've written the same thing with no reply Will I get delivery?

No delivery to my home as the letter carrier deemed the parcel too large.
