When you place an order and not everything is available, it would be nice to be able to receive what's already available. I waited for my order to arrive, but it didn't. I had to call the sales department and they changed my order to send me what was ready.

My first order of 16/9 was delivered very quickly, but my 2nd order of 23 September is taking a long time to be delivered. This October 1st no news of the shipment.

I was unable to track my parcel. I did receive a tracking number, but it didn't match the numbers of the Geodis courier. I had to go away and was very annoyed. Luckily, the delivery man came at the exact moment when someone from my family was passing by.
