I'm glad I was able to find capsules in 2 sizes for my bottles. If the caps oxidize or are damaged, the bottles can no longer be used.

Note: when the machine gets clogged with rosehips, I engage reverse gear, which has the undesirable effect of loosening the screw when unscrewing. Re-fixing is very difficult. The screw has to be able to turn backwards to unclog the cone. You'd need a system that holds the screw in place for reversing and removes it for disassembly. Otherwise, great machine

All the corks don't close the bottles properly, and the time between delivery and order was far too long.

Delivery to Belgium takes much longer than the 48 hours indicated. And if I want to contact you from Belgium, I have to use a French telephone number and not a local Belgian number (cheaper). If I use the call-back service, it takes 24 hours. Otherwise the staff are very nice.

Hello , good equipment to be improved ( opinion of an agricultural engineer ) technical problem: the flywheel positioning axle (major defect) the reservation to screw the flywheel nut on the axle is non-existent it would be preferable to provide a key or other system I still have a nut no assembly instructions or description of parts good luck robert champion

I needed an extra juice bottle, so I contacted customer service to make sure I would be delivered on time. The person was very pleasant and kept his promise, all my juice was bottled. I recommended tompress to a friend unfortunately he was not so lucky with the delivery.
