The speed of delivery is very good, but I find that your packaging is a little light compared to the weight of the order. That's twice now that I've been delivered with a damaged box. On the other hand, the products are very good and you can find everything. Thanks again.

The extractor was extremely well packaged. However, it had stains on it, as if it had already been used once... a bit strange, but as we were in a hurry to make our juice we kept it.

I had to phone the transport company to get an answer about the delivery, which gave me an appointment for a delivery on 15/10, parcel sent on 04/10, with a delivery range between 09:00 and 17:00, delivery took place around 17:00.

Delivery as ordered

The wine press was delivered palletized and the paintwork is damaged. My husband is afraid that it will rust where the paint has been removed. What do you suggest to remedy this? I'd like to point out that I put my reservations on the delivery note. Thank you in advance.
