Delivery problem...delivered to my parents who didn't have the strength to check the granite plate...the deliveryman left quickly without helping my 74 year old parents to check it. Goods broken, poor consultation with the service department. After 1 month I received a credit note for the broken goods. Return shipment of the complete delivery requested, but no communication. Any attempt to communicate by email is ignored.
