I was unable to track my parcel. I did receive a tracking number, but it didn't match the numbers of the Geodis courier. I had to go away and was very annoyed. Luckily, the delivery man came at the exact moment when someone from my family was passing by.

Hello, Good overall quality but several of the screws supplied are already rusty and one is unusable. I regret not having been able to take advantage of the free delivery offered the day after my order... Or at least to have benefited from a small commercial gesture.

I was not satisfied with the delivery service (imposing a one-day delivery period on a parcel after an "initial visit" not agreed in advance is not acceptable).

Excellent advice from the sales team. Delivery as agreed. A minor problem with the red paint, which was obviously hastily applied, as it marks the wooden parts. What's more, the paint on the central screw thread comes off during the first pressings and may contaminate the juice. But since it's a food-safe paint, no problem. Great product for beginners
