As a loyal customer of TOMPRESS, I've come to appreciate the seriousness and quality of the products on offer in every order I've placed.

My order consisted of bottles. On delivery, I hadn't paid any attention to the note about the complaint, so I opened my parcel just after the letter carrier had left. I found that 3 bottles were broken - The packaging did not protect the bottles sufficiently - There was no external indication to the carrier that the contents of the package were fragile. Very disappointed
