On Thursday, they made no effort to stop by, on Friday, when the doors were open and all you had to do was come in, they took a photo of the letterbox, and on Monday, they found a solution: they phoned me to take delivery at the foot of the truck. I am very satisfied with the sterilizer, but not at all with the delivery. I had requested delivery to a specific parcel centre and the parcel was delivered to another parcel centre. I find this practice unacceptable.
