When you place an order and not everything is available, it would be nice to be able to receive what's already available. I waited for my order to arrive, but it didn't. I had to call the sales department and they changed my order to send me what was ready.

Order placed at the beginning of September and still nothing in sight. Customer service offers to investigate. In the meantime, I'm on my own. Very disappointed.

I was unable to track my parcel. I did receive a tracking number, but it didn't match the numbers of the Geodis courier. I had to go away and was very annoyed. Luckily, the delivery man came at the exact moment when someone from my family was passing by.
