Very satisfied with my order, both in terms of materials and delivery.

Having been a customer for some time, we are always satisfied.

I needed this frying pan for a very specific day, and it was delivered on time, as planned. When we unpacked it the next day, we noticed that the bottom of the frying pan was bulging, so we had some difficulty using it, as it was not very stable on an electric hob. I called to report this state of affairs to someone who was not at all concerned.

The only drawback is that you can't pay in three instalments with your bank card. You have to write three cheques, but otherwise it's perfect.

After ignition, the sawdust goes out very quickly (+/-15 minutes).

Delivery 3 weeks after the order and every week the customer service specifies an imminent delivery ...next week....

I've taken my case to the district court because I haven't had a favourable response to my dispute after sending several emails. The consumer service has also been notified. Zero points and I wouldn't recommend your site.

There must have been a bag of sawdust included with the smoker that we didn't get.
