It's easy and efficient to use, although the crank is not fixed with a nut, but that's a matter of getting used to it.

I still haven't received my order even though it was picked up on August 7th. Colissimo is not doing its job. New comment: Order received compliant.

A very useful utensil, easy to use, to get the hang of on an old blade to acquire the right movement and position. The plus point of this utensil: the side handle and base provide excellent stabilization, making it much easier to use. Everyone should have one in their kitchen.

The reason I put customer service 3 stars is that I asked an important question (to me at least) about the steriliser but nobody ever came back to me about them. When you have items to sterilise at 100 degree centigrades but the steriliser does not go higher than 90 there is a hiccup somehow. But nobody answers

the can opener is what I expected, the only small difficulty is that as I have some small problems of osteoarthritis in the hands it is more difficult to turn than the one of the same model that I had previously. I think it will get easier with use.

very good company, serious, quality products and fast delivery. However, for a 2 euro swab, I paid 5 euros for postage. I would have been completely satisfied with free postage, knowing that I had already ordered other items several times previously.

Delivery by the post office was rather disappointing, the employee preferred to put a delivery notice in the letterbox, rather than trying to find out if anyone was at home.Delivery initially scheduled for Monday 05 August finally took place on Saturday 03 August........
